1.2: Drawing Flow Diagrams

In versions prior to the 1997 set of notes, Chapter 1.2 described the use of a set of Matlab programs developed by Adrian Penisson. Unfortuantely, changes in graphics programs in Matlab have been so extensive that these programs have not been maintained.

The frog-draw program is still in existence, and is relatively self-explanatory. You might still be able to use it to create flow diagrams, but several years have passed since the programs were maintained. Alternately, we suggest the CENG 303 page on how to draw simple modules in Framemaker, or use Word for PCs or MacIntoshes, or similar programs.
