Day 8: Construction of a simple circuit

- Presenters see the guidelines for Journal Club Presentation
- Everyone else (undergraduate and graduate students) read listed articles on Eukaryotic cellular chassis and be prepared for discussion

Overview of Experiment

Today you will finish the construction of your simple circuit. Indicate in your lab notebook your accomplishments and whether you were successful at constructing a partial or complete circuit. When you write your final conclusions, propose how (i.e., what methods) you might characterize your circuit.

Hint: look at previous iGEM projects from different schools to get ideas about possible approaches.
