Only three speaker receive this recognition as an indicator of the high quality of their research and of their presentation. 2006 Faculty Senate Award for Excellence in Research and Teaching. This University wide interdepartmental award is given to only four students "..who have demonstrated excellence in both their scholarly research and their teaching duties".
