Team Written Report-20%

The team project will count for 40% of your grade, and will consist of two oral presentations (an interim one 5% and a final one 15%) and a final team written report (20%). Your oral performance will be graded individually, but we will recognize in grading that a person may contribute to the oral presentation in more ways than by his performance, i.e. by developing presentation materials. We will not normally attempt to come up with individual grades for the written report. However, after the final team written report is submitted, we plan to ask each team member to evaluate the performance of himself and his teammates. A near unanimous good evaluation of an individual by his teammates can result in the raising of of his grade on the team project; a near unanimous bad evaluation of an individual by his teammates can result in the lowering of of his grade on the team project.
