Currently conducting research examining leadership, personnel selection, workplace diversity and manifestations of discrimination in organizational settings, and supervise undergraduate research assistants enrolled in the Hebl research laboratory.

Currently developing a situational judgment test to select teacher leaders, write and edit grant documentation, revise questionnaires and survey instruments, conduct interviews and observations, analyze data to determine program effectiveness, write technical reports, and assist program director and assistant director as necessary.
