Sarah Singletary

I’m
a third year graduate student in the Industrial
and Organizational Psychology doctoral program at Rice University. I received my M.A. in I/O
Psychology in May 2006. I expect to complete my dissertation by May 2008. I
am currently conducting research pertaining to diversity and discrimination
issues in the work place with my advisor Mikki R. Hebl. In addition, I am also examining behaviors and
personality traits that are linked to effective leadership to develop a
