I am a
PhD candidate in applied physics at Rice
University
and a member of Dan
Mittleman's research
group. My research involves
studying the
properties of certain materials using
Terahertz
radiation. I also
work on investigating more
efficient ways
of
guiding terahertz radiation. My undergraduate work was in Physics at Southern University, Baton Rouge where I was affiliated with the science and engineering honor organization named Timbuktu academy headed up by Dr. Diola Bagayoko. After my undergraduate work, I remained at Southern and pursued a masters in Physics with a concentration in astronomy. My research advisor was Greg Stacy. |
