Our outreach event was a success!

On April 9th, 2006, we went to the McGovern Museum of Health and Medical Science and had an educational event called "Health in Space" with four different stations for children to come and learn about bones, health effects of being in space, the Osteonexus Active Dynamizer, and even a bit of engineering! Kids had a lot of fun at each station, and we enjoyed seeing the friendly competition among kids as they engineered bridges. We also had the opportunity to promote the Osteonexus with parents, many of whom expressed overwhelming interest in our device.
As with our last outreach activity, we distributed a pamphlet to parents. Click here for a PDF of the pamphlet.
