We presented at BioHouston's Orthopedic Medical Device Emerging Technology Showcase on April 5th, 2006. The showcase featured a keynote speaker (Steve Whitlock, CEO/President of LDR Spine USA) and presentations from regional research institutions on early-stage orthopedic technologies. The event was designed to create collaborative opportunities and match promising technologies with companies, investors and entrepreneurs.

Our presentation was a success! We got fantastic feedback from many attendees, many of whom walked up to us to introduce themselves and complement us on the fantastic work that we have done (their words, not ours). It was also a chance for us to see other technologies that other researchers are working on, and it allowed us to have extra insight into the process of researching, developing, and marketing a new product. We want to extend our thanks to BioHouston and all the participants and attendees!
