I'm a computer science student at Rice University. When I was 13, I began freelancing in PHP/MySQL web development. This naturally exposed me to the world of open source software, which I now enjoy contributing to as part of my every day life. I've worked at ETSZONE, a small technology company, since 2004, where I develop web applications and administer servers. I also work with the systems group at Rice, where I'm currently researching I/O performance in Xen.
