3) Exams. Two in-class exams will be given in this class. The exams will be open notes.
4) Final Project: The final project in this class will include an oral and written report on recent research advances related to biosystems transport. Several topics will be suggested, but you are freee to chose your own topic. The oral report will consist of a fifteen minute in-class presentation. The written report must include a critique of existing literature and your own analysis of the problem.

he final grade will be determined according to the chart below.
