Course Overview BIOE 252: Bioengineering Fundamentals is an "introduction to material, energy, charge and momentum balances in biological systems. Steady-state and transient conservation equations for mass, energy, charge and momentum will be derived and applied using basic mathematical principles, physical laws, stoichiometry, and thermodynamic properties.
