Greetings!

 

I am a doctoral student in I/O Psychology at Rice University in Houston, TX. I work with Dr. Mikki Hebl on research related to stigma, diversity, and discrimination in the workplace. My primary research interests are in social support and mentoring, voluntary turnover, and workplace experiences of stigmatized individuals. My research focuses on understanding and remediating subtle biases.
