Treasurer Training
	To obtain Chase bank account.  ML will attend seminar on September 13.

Project Updates

Website
AT will finish basic layout by September 8.
JK has begun Dreamweaver flash site design.
Facebook Group
	DA will invite members to Facebook Group by September 8.
Flyers and College E-mail Newsletters
Green Dorms Initiative
AT will talk to Richard Johnson, Mark Ditman and Jeremy Caves about competition between Wiess and Martel and how it was monitored.  Mark Ditman, head of H&D, might provide funding for prizes.  CSES can provide funding for prizes.
In-Depth Study of Colleges for Energy Savings
Living Greener Presentation & O-Week Book for O-Week 2008
Student Association starts planning in March/April.  Get support first from other environmental organizations, faculty and Richard Johnson before talking to Holly Williams.
Read over “It’s Easy Being Green” for ideas related to Living Greener Presentation.
Advocacy Task Force
	AE, MH, CM, and AT will attend Solar Dec meetings.
	MH will attend Engineers Without Borders meeting.
	AE and NV will attend Environmental Club meetings.
	Christina Stamatakis in charge of Environmental Club.
NV and Andrew Sinclair are in SRC, which collaborates with Residential College Environmental Committees
Site Visits to LEED Buildings
AE to contact Richard Johnson and Jeff Chapman to see when such visits will be possible.
Lecture Series
AE to contact Jeff Chapman to see if he knows anyone who will be interested to come give a lecture on sustainable buildings.

Meeting times to be changed to Wednesday at 8pm.  Many people unable to make it to Thursday, 2:15pm meeting today.
Jeff Chapman’s USGBC-GHAC Meetings
	AT and JY will attend meeting on Tuesday, September 11.

	DA will create flyer.

Three systems can currently be analyzed: North Colleges, Wiess/Hanszen, Sid/Lovett/Baker
	GD says $15 million/yr for current electricity and natural gas.
