Problem

TIMEA is an online archive website. It consists of four different types of content. Before redesign, there was no consistent navigation scheme across the site and there are various issues regarding the interactive design of the different components of the website .

Solution - Procedure

Heuristically evaluated the previous navigation scheme and content  presentation of the site; Planned the pre-redesign user testing (scripts, tasks, interview questions, and questionnaires) Conducted the pre-redesign user testing (N=3), analyzed the data,completed a usability report, and made suggestions for improvement Planned and conducted the post-redesign user testing (scripts, tasks,  interview questions, and questionnaires) Conducted the post-redesign user testing (N=3), analyzed the data, completed another usability report, and made suggestons for further improvement Provided mockup interfaces regarding further improvement to TIMEA  investigator
