Personal Stuff
(Pictures)
My wife and I enjoy traveling, and after living in Europe for a year,
IÕm always interested to see new places.
Here are some links to pictures from when I lived in Europe and other
travels that my wife and I have made.
Below are some pictures from my hometown.
I grew up in Wichita, Kansas. Most people assume that since IÕm from
Kansas, I lived on a farm or in a small town. Although Wichita isnÕt all that
big (400,000 people), itÕs definitely not a small town. Here are some pictures
from Wichita.

Typical scene in Wichita.

Downtown Wichita and the Arkansas River (pronounced
are-KAN-sas, not ARE-kin-saw).

ÒCrumb castleÓ or the Campbell house, built to look
like a Scottish residence.

Old City Hall.

Epic Center.
Tallest building in Kansas (try not to laugh too much.)

Vietnamese Buddhist temple.

HereÕs a picture of me and my wife went we went back
to Kansas for Christmas in 2005.
More on my wife: Her name is Nan Zhao Crowther. She was
born in Dalian, China, but moved to Wichita when she was young. SheÕs a
chemical engineer working for ExxonMobil and sheÕs currently working in China
on an oil-refining project.

HereÕs my wife at her college graduation from the
University of Kansas (which I missed because I was in Europe; she has yet to
forgive me for this). She got to carry the banner for the Engineering
Department. Here she is with my
arch-nemesis Kevin Seaman.
