A diverse group of students set out to document what Rice University is at 2am, using any tools that they had. A camera, a minidisk player, a pad of paper, and a smile are what we had to work with. Over a period of 2 and ½ months, we proceeded to file and organize the events that this time frame created. What we came up with was the realization that there is no universal guideline that could be created. There were no rules but the ones that came from within us as we were documenting our own processes. Throwing ourselves in traffic, opening doors we had never opened before and for some, staying up past our bedtime, we bring you our findings . . .
