Fall 2002
Exam 1:
- Scheduled for Wed., Sept. 25, 2002, in class.
- Will cover material up to and including Section 13 in H.T.D.P.
- Will cover all lecture, homework and lab materials covered prior to the
exam date.
- The exam will be closed-book, closed-notes, open-minds.
- You will need to write approx. 10 functions, all less than 6 lines of code
each.
- There are very short essay questions too--2 to 3 sentences each.

- Solutions: (It is an Honor Code violation to view
these files if you have not yet taken the exam!)
- Histogram of Scores
Exam 2:
- Take-home scheduled to start Wed. Oct. 23, 2002 after class.
- 4 hour time limit -- once the exam
has been viewed, you will have 4 hours to complete it and upload your
solutions.
- All work must be completed by 10:00 AM on Mon. Oct. 28, 2002.
- Closed book, closed notes, closed Internet. Open minds, of course. You
may use the DrScheme Help Desk.
- All work is to be completed inside the DrScheme project file, using
comments when necessary.
- The only resources you may use are DrScheme and its help system.
- The only people you may discuss the exam with are Dr. Barland and Dr.
Wong.
- The full Honor code applies, a signed, printed copy of your DrScheme
file will be required to be turned in on Mon

Exam 3:

- 6 hour time limit -- once the exam
has been viewed, you will have 5 hours to complete it and upload your
solutions.

- Closed book, closed notes, closed Internet. Open minds, of course. You
