You are expected to work in a self-selected, two-person team to complete your homework.
You will hand in your homework in hard-copy form at the beginning of class (usually on Wednesdays); the homework guidelines on the course web page describe the expected format for submitted assignments.
Late homework will not be accepted without prior arrangement. Update: Late policy: up to 24 hrs late: -15%, with a signature saying that you have not looked at any posted solutions for that homework. After 24hrs, not accepted. Exceptions might be granted if arranged before the due-date. "I have a lot of work in other classes too" is not sufficient grounds for an exception. Graded homeworks may be picked up during your lab session, or as mentioned on the homework page.
Homeworks help you understand the material and prepare you for the exam. You are encouraged to discuss the homework problems with the lecturers, teaching assistants, and lab assistants; help from other students, including 210 graduates, is also encouraged (but should be cited, naturally). All homework partners are responsible for knowing all the submitted material.
Warning: The exams are designed to test your understanding of the homework material. If you fail to understand the homework solutions, you cannot understand the lecture material and you cannot pass the course.
